Broadcasting Presentation Skills
Interns will acquire a range of skills required to present and develop a portfolio over the year to produce television programmes to a professional standard.
Editing Practices and Techniques
Interns acquire the practical skills, techniques and, styles of editing moving images.
Students will work with and create a visual editing portfolio.
Interns acquire the practical skills needed to interview guest from all walks of life.
Students are introduced to the fundamentals of Documentary film making. From Planning, Scripting, Production, Presenting/voice over to finish.
Production Design for TV
Interns will be introduced to the role and functions of the Art Department within the Film and TV production process. Students will learn visual and practical skills to creatively interprete, research, source, construct and acquire the elements necessary to visually communicate a script.
TV & Radio Reporting
Interns will learn the skills required to do live reporting for radio & TV programs
Interns will have the opportunity to work with the who-is-whos in the Nigerian media & entertainment sector and will have the opportunity take part in major entertainment events accross Africa thereby making them well grounded in the media & entertainment field.
Qualifications and Requirements
Mass Communication graduates
Anyone with a passion for TV presenting/broadcasting
Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proper diction
Applicants must be resident in Lagos or should be ready to relocate to Lagos.
